EHC Teknik AB, part of Sustainion Group, is expanding its European footprint by establishing a new sales subsidiary in Italy. This marks an important milestone for the company, which already operates dedicated subsidiaries in Belgium and Germany.
The move from distributor-based sales to a fully owned Italian entity is designed to secure 100% focus on EHC’s product portfolio and strategic markets. EHC will be able to work closer to end customers, accelerate growth, and deliver stronger technical and commercial support.
EHC manufactures high‑performance diesel particulate filters for both civil and military vehicles, primarily for temporary indoor operation. The company’s filters reduce more than 99% of harmful emissions, enabling safer working and training environments in workshops, depots, factories, and military facilities.
Italy is identified as a key growth market, with particularly strong potential in the military segment. With a local presence, EHC aims to deepen cooperation with Italian defense and industrial stakeholders and support their efforts to improve air quality, health, and safety in enclosed environments.

The Italian subsidiary will be fully integrated into EHC Teknik’s European sales structure and is an important step in Sustainion Group’s strategy to build leading cleantech platforms in selected niche markets.
