In the majority of cases, the average exhaust gas temperature is too low to use a ceramic particulate filter on internal transport equipment, such as forklifts and side loaders, to function smoothly.

If the average exhaust gas temperature is too high to use a particulate filter with disposable filter elements like our EHC HT, our EHC PF filters can offer a solution.

For forklifts that achieve a large number of operating hours per year, it may also be interesting to install a ceramic particulate filter instead of a particulate filter with disposable elements.

If the average exhaust gas temperature is too low, there are various options to artificially regenerate the filter :

• diesel burner
  electric burner
  CatFire system
