Data you provide yourself

When you complete a contact or quotation form, subscribe to our newsletter, download material or contact us by email or telephone, we collect your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, country and the content of the message you send us.

Data collected automatically

When you visit the website, technical data is collected through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language setting, the pages you visit, how long you stay, where you came to the website from and your approximate geographic location.

Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it with:

  • Suppliers that process data on our behalf, such as web hosting, email and CRM systems, newsletter tools and the analytics and advertising platforms listed above.
  • Our subsidiaries, distributors and resellers where this is needed to answer your enquiry or deliver what you have requested.
  • Public authorities where we are required to do so by law.

Suppliers that process data on our behalf do so under data processing agreements and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Transfers outside the EU and the EEA

Some of our suppliers may process data outside the EU and the EEA, primarily in the United States. Such transfers are made on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary safeguards.

How long we keep your data

We retain personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to 24 months after the most recent contact.
  • Customer relationships: for the term of the agreement and 36 months thereafter.
  • Newsletters: until you unsubscribe.
  • Accounting records: seven years, as required by Swedish accounting law.
  • Cookie data: according to the retention period of each cookie.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to or request restriction of the processing, and to receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format (data portability).

You may at any time object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter via the link in every email or by contacting us.

Where the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.
