Ziel ist es, Ru\u00df sowie krebserregende und mutagene Stoffe zuverl\u00e4ssig zur\u00fcckzuhalten und so die Luftqualit\u00e4t deutlich zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>EHC Teknik stellt Partikelfilter f\u00fcr verschiedene Anwendungen her, und wir freuen uns darauf, s\u00e4mtliche Fragen zu dieser Technologie zu beantworten. F\u00fcr den sicheren Einsatz in geschlossenen R\u00e4umen sind jedoch ausschlie\u00dflich geschlossene Ru\u00dffilter geeignet.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"text-title-block container text-left mt-30 mb-30\">\n  \n      <h2 class=\"h2\">EHC Filterl\u00f6sungen: Aufsteckbar oder permanent<\/h2>\n  \n\n      <p><ul>\n<li data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1250\">\n<p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1250\"><strong data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1138\">Aufsteckfilter (z.\u202fB. EHC P15, L20)<\/strong>: f\u00fcr das kurzfristige Starten und Bewegen von Fahrzeugen in Werkst\u00e4tten, Hallen, Showrooms, Lackierkabinen, Bergwerken etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1390\">\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1390\"><strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1292\">Festeinbaufilter (z.\u202fB. EHC HT, PF)<\/strong>: f\u00fcr den Dauereinsatz in mobilen Maschinen wie Gabelstaplern, Generatoren, Baggern oder Radladern<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"text-title-block container text-left mt-100 mb-100\">\n  \n      <h2 class=\"h2\">Keramische DPF \u2013 Funktionsweise und Regeneration<\/h2>\n  \n\n      <p><p data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1669\">Keramische Dieselpartikelfilter fangen Ru\u00dfpartikel aktiv auf. Um dauerhaft leistungsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben, m\u00fcssen sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig regeneriert werden \u2013 dabei wird das gesammelte Ru\u00dfmaterial bei hoher Temperatur zu Asche verbrannt.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1695\">Regenerationstypen:<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1904\">\n<li data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1791\">\n<p data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1791\"><strong data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1709\">Passiv<\/strong>: erfolgt automatisch w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt, wenn die Abgastemperatur hoch genug ist<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1904\">\n<p data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1904\"><strong data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1803\">Aktiv<\/strong>: wird bei unzureichender Temperatur k\u00fcnstlich eingeleitet, z.\u202fB. durch Dieselnachverbrennung via ECU<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"2054\">Bei <strong data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1922\">OEM-DPFs<\/strong> steuert das Motormanagement die Regeneration. Bei <strong data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"1994\">Retrofit-Systemen<\/strong> (nachger\u00fcstet) erfolgt die aktive Regeneration z.\u202fB. durch:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2131\">\n<li data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2083\">\n<p data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2083\">elektrische Heizelemente<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2101\">\n<p
